Overview:
The Administration Officer is responsible to provide quality customer service to stakeholders, administration support to staff.
Job Duties:
- Dealing with enquiries from students and the general public via telephone, voicemail, fax, email and in person in a timely and professional manner
- Providing appropriate responses, services or referrals and reporting of enquiries to relevant staff where appropriate
- Provide accurate information and assistance to all stakeholders
- Assist with the processing of correspondence in a timely manner as required
- Contribute to the most effective and efficient management of resources by maintaining appropriate manual and computerised records and data bases i.e. electronic filing system
- Maintain stationery supplies and office inventory including ordering and reconciliation of accounts
- Manage freight, courier deliveries and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
- Collection and postage of mail
- Manage season parking for staff and reconciliation of accounts for these activities
- Organise office events and catering for office functions and meetings as required
- Be responsible for staff amenities i.e. Board Room, Pantry etc.
- Provide word processing and data entry support
- Assist with processing all student receipts
- Other General Duties as required
Job Requirements:
- With Diploma in Business Administration / relevant discipline
- With relevant customer service experience is added advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite skills i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
