Reception Support
· Frontline customer service – manage reception counter, handle incoming phone calls and inquiries from stakeholders, including general public and parents.
· Assist students who are unwell/injured in the sick bay. Administer basic first aid for students if necessary.
· Logging of lost and found items and keeping track of school keys that are signed out.
· Assist in the setup of Conference Room for meetings.
· Packing of resources for timely distribution to students and/or teachers.
Administrative Support
· Provide support in matters related to students, for example:
· Assist in P1 registration and P1 Orientation.
· Assist in administration of students on Leave of Absence (LOA) and act as Point of Contact with LOA parents.
· Assist in P6 DSA application and S1 posting.
· Updating of student details in school cockpit and filing of student documents.
· Assist with daily General Office administrative duties such as maintaining records and managing office supplies.
· Provide support to school events where necessary.
· Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the School Leaders and AM.
