Admin Support
Responsibilities:
Receptionist Functions & Front-Desk Operations: Manage front-desk operations and provide a welcoming environment for visitors.
Coordinate Transport Services: Organize and coordinate transportation services as needed.
Logistics Coordination: Handle logistics coordination for various activities and events.
Student Care: Address the needs of students who are ill or injured, including escorting them to the hospital when necessary.
Communication Management: Attend to incoming phone calls, walk-in queries, and email inquiries.
Mail Sorting: Manage and sort incoming and outgoing mail.
Administrative Tasks: Perform simple administrative tasks such as filing and document organization.
Financial Assistance Processing: Assist in processing Financial Assistance Schemes for students.
Additional Duties: Undertake other duties or financial tasks as assigned by the administration manager or school leaders.
Qualifications and Skills:
Educational Qualification: GCE “N” Level or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel.
Language Proficiency: Fluent in English. Ability to speak an additional language is advantageous.
