- Must be able to use Xero accounting software with good accounting skills and be detail-oriented to manage financial transactions, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and provide accurate financial reporting.
- General full set accounting functions, Organizes and maintains up-to-date financial records / Cash flow/Sales Invoice process/Filing and Data Archiving/Payroll, etc
- Perform general administrative duties and assist with ad-hoc tasks as required. Assist in audits and liaise with external auditors when necessary.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal economic policies.
- Handle general administrative duties, such as MOM matters including work pass application /renewal/cancellation/Workplace safety and health, Retail management duties, and HR-related work, etc.
