· Providing Administration/HR support;
· Answering and screening all incoming calls;
· Attending and liaising with vendors on office equipment maintenance.
HR
· Create and maintain employee database in Opensoft;
· Prepare monthly Payroll – OT, Working days, unpaid leave, payslip etc;
· Submit NS Claim and the government Childcare leave;
· Prepare monthly CPF calculation and submission;
· Yearly submission of IR8A;
· Opensoft yearly update.
Account
· Update and maintain accounting records;
· Accounts Receivables and Payable;
· Updating invoices to accounting software and preparing cheques;
· Petty Cash staff Claims
· Prepare and post monthly journal entries;
· Bank reconciliation and GIRO payment;
· Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit and loss statement;
· Prepare GST Reporting and Tax matters;
· Prepare Annual audit schedules, hire purchase schedules, and loan statements;
· Maintain a fixed asset schedule;
· Yearly Stocktake.
