Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing daily operations and administrative tasks.
Maintain and organize operational records and documentation.
Coordinate communication between departments and stakeholders.
Help develop and implement operational policies and procedures.
Monitor inventory levels and assist with supply ordering.
Prepare attendance record on a monthly basis
Support Facilities management initiatives and track progress.
Provide administrative support to management as required.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in an administrative or operations support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft excel, word and other relevant software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach.
Proficiency in a second language is a bonus.
