Position Title: Assistant. Admin
Working Location: Central (near Dhoby Ghaut MRT)
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week (Hybrid)
Salary Package: Basic starting from $1500-$1,800 + Commissions
Duration: Permanent
Position open to Singaporeans / PR only.
Key Responsibilities:
1. To attend to customer queries via emails, messages and calls
2. To issue invoice and receipts
3. Input works order into centralised system
4. Generate reports
5. Liaise with on-site staff
6. Report directly to CEO
Requirements:
1. Meticulous, independent & attentive to details
2. Good communication skills
3. Self starter and detailed oriented
4. Technologically literate
5. Min 2 years of working experience
6. Min GCE "O" levels
7. Six (6) days work week
8. Candidate without experience is welcome to apply
