Job Description
· Attend to students’ requests at General Office
· Attend to students who report unwell at General Office and/or have sustained minor injuries
· Receive forms and documents submitted by students (Egs: relating to financial assistance and bursaries matters)
· Assist in recording incoming/ outgoing mails
· Sorting and filing of general office documents
· Simple sorting of documents and simple data-entry (listings, surveys)
· Receive deliveries to General Office by vendors
· Provide admin support to office operations as assigned
Requirements
· Minimum 3 or more GCE ‘O’ Level passes including English, or NITEC (Office Skills); or ‘N’ level certificate
· 3 years relevant working experience
· Those without the required ‘O’ level passes but with relevant work experience can be considered.
· Good communication and interpersonal skills
· IT literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Applications (e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
· Able to handle multi-tasks in a fast-pace work environment
Working hours
· Mondays to Thursdays: 8.30am to 5.30pm inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Fridays: 9.30am to 6.30pm, inclusive of 0.5hr lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays

· Contract Period: From 1 December 2024 to 30 November 2025
· With option to extend (Discretion)
