Work will be at Timmac Kranji
Mon to fri with alternate sat. 9am to 6pm or 8am to 5pm.
Language ability: Chinese and English, Bangali if you are THAT good.
(Existing workers are all chinese and english speaking)
Job scope:
1) submission of safety documents to site.
2) quotations
3) claims
4) Worker claims and sub con claims
5) Coordinate with suppliers to procure materials
6) General paperwork
7) Tabulate over time for factory workers
Must be able to use excel and microsoft office. Quickbooks knowledge is a plus. Basic drafting is also additional plus. Knowledge of WPOL, CPF and foreign worker related stuffs.
Actual remuneration is based on good you are at the job and what other skills you possessed.
Construction background is good to have. Will be taught on the job if you have no experience.
Will be working directly under the 2nd generation boss in his 30s who values efficiency over the need to be just present in office. If you can complete your work effectively and efficiently, flexible work hours and work from home arrangements can be discussed. Such consideration will only be entertained AFTER probation period. Company will also sponsor employees to go for courses to upgrade themselves once they are confirmed.
