Job Responsibilities:

• Carry out administrative duties such as filing, scanning documents, and compilation of reports/files;
• Collect information from relevant departments such as Manufacturing and R&D Department;
• Collating search results;
• Preparing and sorting documents for data entry;
• Entering data into ERP software and checking to ensure the accuracy of the data;
• Executing different testing cases based on the functional specification and sample documents given;
• Assist in the preparation of power point presentations;
• Assist in shooting, downloading and editing of video and digital photos of machines;
• Liaise and coordinate with R&D, Purchasing, Manufacturing and other departments, third party ISO certifying body, customers and others in successfully generating and completing project technical documentation and achieving ISO compliance;
• Perform preparation and submission of documentation such as Equipment acceptance forms, Documentation submission forms, Customer satisfaction survey forms, Training record forms. Ensure proper archival of FASA copies for easy retrieval.
• Issue Machine Serial Numbers for every machine. Ensure accuracy and proper and regular back-up of Master Serial Number List.
• Perform other ad-hoc jobs such as administrative works.

Requirements:

• GCE "N" or "O" Level -- ITE Certificate is a plus
• Require Microsoft Word,Excel,PowerPoint,Photoshop knowledge;
• Able to meet deadline;
• Good team player;
• Possess a positive learning attitude
