Responsibilities

• Support the development and implementation of the company's Energy Management System (EMS)
• Collect, analyze, and report on GHG inventory data for Scopes 1, 2, and 3
• Manage the preparation and submission of corporate ESG and CSR reports
• Handle and address customer-specific EHS and ESG requirements
• Support the implementation of EHS activities and programs

Requirements

• Diploma in any engineering related field
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply
• Possess good planning and organizing skills
• Basic knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge in ISO 50001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 is an advantage
• Basic understanding of Singapore EHS legislations

• Basic accounting knowledge for payroll and invoicing
• Prepares and monitors invoices
• Carries out administrative duties such as filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc
• Produces and distributes correspondence memos, letters, faxes, and forms
• Develops, organizes and maintain a filing system
• Organizes travel arrangements for managers
• Takes accurate minutes of meetings
• Replies to email, telephone or face to face enquiries
• Sorts and distributes the mail to support administrative and secretary work
• Oversees and supervises the work of junior staff & coordinates with them
• Responsible in other admin & accounting related works
• Performs any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation of costing and quotation on after sales services.
• To coordinate with customers relating to after sales services and repairs.
• To prepare invoices for after sales services.
• Will be required to assist in any other administrative works when required
• Provides administrative support for Director
• Handles personal tasks for the Director
• Handles travel arrangements for Director
• Handles all reservations
• Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips
• To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time
