What this job involves:

Centralising all logs and requests

What we’re looking for is an expert who can effectively streamline processes and requests. Reporting to the facilities manager, you’ll provide superior call logging services—receiving and logging complaints containing complete details of the requests.

Overview:

An office attendent supports the daily operations and maintenance of the school environment to ensure a safe, clean, and conducive atmosphere for students, staff, and visitors. They play a vital role in maintaining a positive and organized learning environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform administrative duties - Data Entry, Data collation, sorting and delivery of items etc.
• Answering telephone calls from teachers, parents and members of the public
• Data collation of surveys
• Preparation of refreshements for school event
• Attend to students who are unwell / injuried in the sick bay.
• Maintain the school’s stores for office supplies and stationeries
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Pleasant personality
• Ability to use Office Programmes such as Microsoft Office / Microsoft Excel
• Meticulous personality
• Preferably first-aid trained

Specifications: 1 - year contract

• Part-time: Weekdays, 7.30am - 12.30pm.
• Location: Bukit Purmei
