ADMIN ASSISTANT

The Job

· Perform human resource functions.

· Maintain and implement company personnel policies.

· Liaise with government agencies and statutory boards on recruitment requirements and renewal.

· Providing administrative support and assisting in daily office needs.

· Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Min. ITE / GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma

· Proficient in MS Excel and Office

· 1 - 2 years relevant experience

Responsibilities

• To assist in the preparation of costing and quotation on after sales services.
• To coordinate with customers relating to after sales services and repairs.
• To prepare invoices for after sales services.
• Will be required to assist in any other administrative works when required
• Provides administrative support for Director
• Handles personal tasks for the Director
• Handles travel arrangements for Director
• Handles all reservations
• Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips
• To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account
• Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirements

• Relevant industry knowledge will be an advantage
• Able to work in a team
• Able to work in a tight schedule
• Strictly adhere to Director instruction

Job Description:

• Chauffeuring Company Director
• Run errands for the company
• Maintain and upkeep company car’s cleanliness and ensure working condition at all times
• General duties such as documents delivery
• Able to drive after office hours
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned

Job Requirements:

• Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
• Familiar with Singapore routes and landmarks
• Occasional driving to Johore Bahru
• Minimum 1 year of work experience as Chauffeur or Personal Driver
• Reliable, responsible and results orientated on tasks assigned
• Respectful personality and a team player with a positive attitude
• Good interpersonal skills & service-oriented
• Able to work independently
• Adaptable to flexible work schedule and able to work overtime /weekends/ Public Holidays
• Good time management with a high degree of punctuality
