Job Responsibilities:
- Assist the Manager in maintaining accurate records of tenant inquiries or complaints.
- Handle and respond to feedback received via calls at the Management Office.
- Support the Management team with administrative tasks such as processing fitting out applications, deliveries, and other requirements for new tenants.
- Coordinate with contractors to schedule on-site inspections and address service requests.
- Provide administrative support by compiling weekly and monthly reports for submission to the Client and HQ Finance team.
- Ensure that phone calls and feedback are handled professionally, with a positive and helpful demeanor.
- Establish and maintain an organized filing system for smooth documentation and administration of the property.
- Oversee inventory management of office supplies, equipment maintenance records, and perform general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Minimum 'O' Level or Diploma with relevant certification.
- At least 1 - 2 years of relevant work experience in the service, retail shopping mall, or secretarial roles.
- Experience in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management is advantageous.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Team player with hands-on experience in SAP procurement systems.
