- Responsible for full spectrum of HR function in the company
- Maintain & record employee's profile, attendance, salary, allowance, bonus, deduction & Prepare & issue EA form
- Ensure company license & insurance are up to date and renewed
- liase with all government bodies, local authorities and agencies
- Manage recruitment process locally & overseas such as job posting, screening candidates, conducting interviews & liase with recruitment agencies
- Prepare employment, promotion, confirmation & salary increment letters
- Prepare necessary equipment and stationaries for incoming new employees.
- Brief new employees on company rules & regulations
- Ensure the smooth running of emails, internet & printers in the office premise
- Handle sales ( have commission )
- Director's personal matter
- Any other duties as assigned by director
