RAW Moves is looking for an Administrative & Outreach Assistant Manager to join our team.
As an Administrative & Outreach Assistant Manager, your roles will include:
Ā· Day to day running of the Office, including registration and recruitment for Studio classes
Ā· Organise and execute all administrative meetings with the Artistic Director
Ā· Prepare and upkeep grant reports, annual budget information and maintain procedures manuals
Ā· Manage clerical bookkeeping & financial administrative matters with the accounting personnel, keeping to required timelines.
Ā· Oversee recruitment, hiring for part-time staff and freelancers and handle staff related administrative matters
Ā· Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes through effective coordination with the Artistic team, freelancers and partners.
Ā· Manage ticketing and Front of House administrative matters for Productions
Ā· Promote companyās mission, performance platforms, classes and programmes
Ā· Maintain and grow network and partnerships with a diverse group of stakeholders including government agencies, academic institutions and special interest groups
Ā· Maintain companyās social media platform such as Facebook and Instagram and set up EDM campaigns for updates on outreach events and admin matters.
The ideal candidate should:
ā¢ Have good knowledge of arts administration, outreach event planning and management,
ā¢ Has at least 2-3 years of relevant working experience in a similar role, preferably in a performing arts, charity, or non-profit organisation
ā¢ Has a Diploma/Degree in Arts Management, Marketing, Mass Communications, Business or any other relevant field in the arts preferred
ā¢ Have initiative and can work independently as part of a small, lean team
ā¢ Good interpersonal skills and love to engage with people of all ages
ā¢ Detailed and have good communication and writing skills
ā¢ Digital proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google, social media software
ā¢ Passion for the Arts and a Dance background would be a plus
ā¢ Must be Singaporean or PRs
ā¢ Able to work a minimum 22 working hours per week, up to full time commitment
ā¢ Must be able to start immediately or at short notice.

- Our office is open Mondays- Thursdays and Saturdays (for classes)
