Job function:
- Provide sales and customer service support
- Handle customers’ questions and provide effective solutions for customers’ issues
- Sales Order Processing: Quotation and Sales Order
- Handle daily sales orders & ensure smooth daily operations of the department.
- Handle customer complaints, to provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits. Follow up to ensure resolution
- Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts
- Mail out and management of sampling stocks manage customer database
- Proper filing of customer information records.
- Assist in business travel arrangements, hotel booking, air ticket booking, airport pick-up service
- Search for vendors and negotiate with vendors on hotel rates and office supplies
- Support the maintenance of office facilities and equipment
- Purchase stationery/other office supplies, and make good inventory control
- Arrange the printing of staff business name cards, company envelopes, paper with company letterhead
- Provide admin support in company events and marketing activities
- Provide HR administrative support
- undertake any other duties assigned by the Company
Requirement:
· At least 8 years of experience in an administrative role
· Customer service experience is preferred
· Positive attitude and self-motivation
· Mature, responsible, able to work independently
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, able to relate to people from different
culture and languages
· Strong command in written & spoken English & Chinese to handle customers’ queries and complains
· Able to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
· Proficient in MS Office Applications
· Knowledge in social media applications
