Duties
- To adhere to and follow strictly with the Company’s procedure.
- Accounting and basic administration
- Able to fulfill a full set of accounts for IRAS tax submission, AP & AR process, GL, account reconciliation, etc.
- Day-to-day operation and responsible for supporting the company in a variety of ways including bookkeeping, communications, scheduling, data entry, secretarial services.
Requirements
- Experience would be an advantage.
- Well-versed in MS Office, especially MS Excel and Word
- Highly self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism & integrity.
- Able to start working immediately, 5 and a half working days based on MOM 44h per week.
- Able to use accounting software
