Personal Assitant will be given responsibilities such as making appointments, organizing meetings, composing letters, scheduling travel, conducting research, and handling standard administrative activities. Personal assistants operate as gatekeepers, supervising correspondence and facilitating smooth interactions between the employer and other parties, including clients, associates, and staff.
Specific Responsibilities:
1. carrying out administrative and secretarial tasks while answering to high management.
2.typing, editing, and formatting presentations, papers, and reports.
3.keeping records, updating databases, and entering data.
4.arranging travel, taking calls, and communicating with internal departments.
5.Overseeing senior management's correspondence both internally as well as externally.
6. sending reminders, keeping an events calendar, and setting up appointments.
7.taking notes and copying, scanning, and faxing papers.
8.setting up the venue for the planned events and, if necessary, making arrangements for refreshments.
9.ordering essential office supplies and keeping track of mail and delivery services.
