Job Description:
• Chauffeur company directors, staff and guests to and fro office and any location as
required
• Despatch and collect office documents and items to/from bank, customer, vendor locations
• Maintain interior and exterior of company vehicle in clean and good working condition on daily basis
• Assist in office administrative tasks when needed
• Report any vehicle damage or issues promptly

Job Description:

• To provide secure and timely driving services to transport passengers and/or goods
• To deliver documents to the bank or the suppliers and government authorities required by directors
• Sending children to school and other outdoor activities
• To facilitate airport pick-ups for VIP visitors and transportation during official visits and/or other visitors as per directors’ instruction
• To keep track of general maintenance schedules, especially car tyres conditions and arrange minor repairs where necessary
• To check oil and tyres properly and keep the service vehicles in clean condition, both inside and outside
• To keep track of timely car servicing and car wash

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years driver experience

• Be able to communicate with English and Mandarin to attend to our Mandarin speaking clients/visitors.
