Job Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Requirements:

Duties & Responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Senior Consultant and family members on locations that they are required to be driven to.
• Plan the most efficient driving routes to the required locations
• Assist the Senior Consultant with the loading and unloading of the possessions
• Adhere strictly to traffic regulations to ensure compliance and safety
• Ensure that the vehicle remains clean at all times
• Carry out routine inspection on the vehicle to maintain it in excellent working order
• Completing collections and deliveries of documents to intended locations as instructed by the Senior Consultant

Person Specifications

1. Provide chauffeuring service to Executive Chairman and his family members safely and promptly when instructed.

2. Stay tuned to daily traffic and weather conditions to adjust and determine the most efficient trip. Selecting the fastest routes from GPS and traffic updates, unless otherwise instructed.

3. To clean, polish and maintain the cars to ensure overall cleanliness and good running condition of the cars at all times.

4. Schedule regular car servicing appointments and report any issues.

5. Abiding by road regulations at all times.

6. To support the Executive Chairman’s daily errands requirements.

7. To perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
