POSITION SUMMARY
As a Personal Ambassador associate, you will deliver personalized service by promptly and accurately responding to the inquiries of our most loyal guests via phone, mail and email. As a dedicated contact for our Ambassador members, you are responsible for evaluating and analyzing each guest’s needs, recommending, and executing tailored travel solutions that enhance their travel experience, while deepening their loyalty to Marriott’s products and services. You will be the trusted resource of our Ambassador members by personalizing your service and building relationships over time with your assigned Ambassador members.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bilingual in English and Korean to deliver personalized service to our Korean Ambassador guest
- Possess strong multi-tasking and negotiation skills to liaise with our affiliations and guests
- Understanding Marriot Bonvoy Program and ability to demonstrate meticulousness to details
