Our team is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented bilingual administrative assistant to join our professional team. As a member of our company, you will assist in daily administrative tasks in a fast-paced, diverse environment and provide support to the team.

Position: Bilingual Administrative Assistant (Chinese and English)

✅ Responsibilities:

• Input and verify daily orders, shipments, and invoices.
• Input and verify daily purchase orders, and check wholesale prices.
• Receive goods and organize them in the warehouse systematically.
• Process received payment orders and archive them in order.
• Manage online sales platforms, update platform information and content promptly, and handle platform orders of the day.
• Produce 2 content videos per week (content videos of our company’s products or services).
• Assist management in handling daily affairs.
• Conduct timely inventory checks and provide necessary ordering information promptly.

✅ Requirements:

• Excellent proficiency in both spoken and written Chinese and English.
• Relevant experience in administrative or assistant roles.
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in using office software such as the Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to maintain focus and accuracy in a fast-paced work environment.
• Team player willing to go above and beyond when necessary.
• Preferably Male as requires some inventory keeping.
