We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Admin Executive, Compliance to join our Compliance Department. This role is crucial in supporting Anti-Money Laundering (AML) processes and regulatory frameworks while ensuring compliance with company standards. Role Overview
As an Admin Executive, Compliance, you will be responsible for supporting the Compliance Department by handling key administrative tasks related to AML (Anti-Money Laundering) checks and the Life Insurance Association (LIA) ICCSC framework. Your role will involve performing detailed assessments, generating reports, and assisting with compliance-related administrative duties to ensure the smooth functioning of the department.
Key Responsibilities
- AML Search & Clearance: Handle the clearance of hits identified during AML searches. You will be responsible for checking and assessing positive hits, ensuring compliance with regulations, and reporting your findings.
- LIA ICCSC Framework: Assist in managing the LIA ICCSC framework to ensure the company remains compliant with industry standards.
- Reporting & Documentation: Generate and maintain regular compliance reports, ensuring they are accurate, complete, and timely. Maintain and organize all related documentation and records.
- Compliance Support: Provide administrative support to the compliance team by assisting with investigations, preparing necessary documents, and participating in compliance reviews.
- Process Improvement: Work closely with senior compliance staff to identify areas of process improvement within the AML and compliance-related tasks.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Experience: Previous experience in a compliance or administrative role is advantageous. Familiarity with AML processes and regulations is a plus.
- Skills:Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including data entry, analysis, and report generation.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.
Good organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
