Job Description:
Membership
-Responsible for membership administration, fees collection, data entry, members’
entitlements, newsletters and provide first line of contact and response to members’
enquiries.
Administrative Support
-Provide support for the administration work which includes emails correspondence,
creating spreadsheets, presentations, e-filing and submission for sponsorship, financial
and operational bookkeeping.
-Assist to prepare materials and minutes for monthly Runninghour management committee
meeting.
-Assist in preparation of budgets, filing and submission of claims, reconciling monthly and
yearly transactions, and processing invoices.
Event Management
-Assist in events planning and coordination, liaising with clients, vendors and event
partners, handling logistics, managing budgets and invoicing, organizing accreditation,
managing risk and presenting pre- and post- event reports.
Digital Marketing
-Assist in website management (Wix) and branding.
-Provide regular updates on Runninghour activities and events on social media such as
Facebook and Instagram.
-Assist in brainstorming and gathering designs for event posters and publicity.
Merchandise Management
-Fulfilling customers’ online merchandise orders by collecting and packing items for delivery timely (Wix)
-Manage warehouse inventory, ensuring efficient goods flow and accurate inventory count.
Training
-Provide administrative support for training sessions i.e. sending registration forms,
collation of participants for each session (Wix) and preparing the pairing list for running
sessions for dissemination.
-Assist to cover training sessions in the absence of trainers otherwise to assist in
sourcing for a replacement trainer.
-Assist to update training information on Google calendar and website page for public
viewing.
Others
-To conduct any other reasonable and relevant instructions of the Employer, the
management of the Employer, or the designated supervisor.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
EDUCATION
Minimum Diploma Holder, Fresh Graduates welcome.
EXPERIENCE
Good written and oral communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Meticulous, detail-oriented, responsible and able to work independently yet a team player.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills with the ability to respond effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Good interpersonal skills, pleasant personality with good working attitude
Good working knowledge of MS office applications and Google Workspace Suite
Good working knowledge of social media.
Experience with PWSNs and Wix platform is a bonus.
Compensation and Working Conditions
1.8k to 2k Negotiable.
