Job Title : Personal Driver (Contract Base - Till June 2025)

• 5 1/2 day work week (44 hours per week)
• Mon to Fri (7.30 am to 4.30 pm)
• Saturday (9.00 am to 1.00pm)
• Sunday - Off Day

• Race : Chinese Prefer

• Basic Salary : S$3,100.00 + CPF Contribution
• Previous experience as Personal Driver
• Can Start work immediately

Responsibilities:

• Creation of lease agreements and standard lease variation in Lease Management System
• Update and maintain tenants' contacts, tenancy schedules, floor plans and other lease related documents
• Liaise with tenants and solicitors to facilitate and prepare lease agreements and documents
• Stamping for new leases as well as renewals
• Reconcile audited sales report and prepare GTO billing
• Send out regular reminders to tenants for submission of audited sales, insurance certificates and other documents
• Track status of tenant submissions and general filing of documents
• Verify lease and bank documents to ensure accuracy
• Liaise with finance department on billing enquiries from tenants and deposit refunds
• Oversee and ensure that billing and other financial transactions (such as agency fees, refund of security deposit, tenancy arrears) are followed up timely
• Seek approval and process lease related invoices
• Send internal memos on updates of tenant movements and updates
• Other general administrative and clerical duties
• Any other assigned duties

Requirements:

• Diploma or Certificate in Business Studies, Management or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences in general office responsibilities and procedures
• Good communications and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in MS Office applications and preferably with lease documentation software experience

Responsiblities

• Chauffeur the Company's Director and his family.
• Maintain cleanliness of vehicles at all times (both interior and exterior)
• Maintain the vehicle on a regular basis to ensure good working condition.
• Ensure that safety and comfort are always a priority.
• Carry out other related duties as assigned by Director.
• Assist in running adhoc errands when needed.
• Abide by all traffic regulations, laws, and ordinances while driving.

Requirements

• Valid driving license, possess a clean driving record and demonstrate excellent and safe driving habits.
• Familarity with Singapore roads.
• Able to communicate in English & Mandarin.
• Friendly personality with good manners.
• Punctual, responsible, honest and polite.
• The Car is not allowed to be driven home.

Training Administration

1. Administer online training registrations and issue invoices from the registration portal

2. Ensure all invoices issued are paid on time. Take proactive steps to manage overdue invoices to reduce the aging of accounts receivables

3. Maintain up-to-date trainers' resume, profile, and agreements (agreed fees), as well as claim records for internal control and audit purpose

4. In charge of administrative, logistics and technical support in both in-person training and online training (setting up the room/zoom, room booking, arranging for cleaning, refreshments, equipment, attendance taking)

5. Maintain records of training events in compliance with programmes funding requirements.

6. Manage post-learning activities, including course evaluations and record-keeping

7.To coordinate meeting arrangement and logistics.

8. To assist in Minutes writing

1. Assist in answering enquiries in the training mailbox

2. Acquire office supplies and submit claims
