- Provide daily administration support including scheduling of meetings, planning team bonding activities and documentation, incidents and request handling for the department.
- Prepare weekly and monthly report for Management to review
- Conduct small group training for Service Request Readiness (SDR)
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory which include tagging and updating
- Liaising with vendors, purchasers, requesters, Finance and suppliers on discrepancy in documents such as POs and DOs
- Ensure proper documentation, incidents / request handling till closure
- Conduct period review and analysis of incidents / requests, monthly data extraction and report consolidation
- Execute IT service requests including coordination and communication with relevant support parties
- Provide recommendation and improvement, modification for existing SOP from time to time
- Initiate sourcing of hardware and software and obtain quotations for comparison to meet business units’ requirements
- Negotiate with external vendors for best terms and conditions of the purchases
- Keep track purchase summary
- Maintain records and databases containing information regarding company’s software, licenses and warranties
Requirements :
- Minimum 1 years of experience in an IT support or administration role
- Nitec / Diploma in Information Technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Good interpersonal skills & office organisation skill
