Responsibilities
- Assist in checking of personal hygiene of all the staff, hygiene of chillers & freezers.
- File weekly records for hygiene check lists.
- Help out in packet meals packing.
- Print out daily preparation lists for cooking.
- Maintain a comprehensive filing system.
- Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificate/leave forms etc. to main office.
- Assist in receiving & checking on incoming goods & deliveries.
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Minimum ‘O’ Level.
- Ability to communicate with suppliers & vendors.
- Possess good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Must be a fast learner.
- Good in self-discipline, able to work in accordance to instructions.
- Fast and meticulous.
- Able to work on weekends & public holidays.
- Willing to work long hours especially during festive seasons.
- 6 days work week.
