The core responsibilities of the Administrative Assistant is to provide support to our building management team on the day-to-day administrative and errand duties.
There shall be a completion bonus upon completing the 3 months of service which is above $500, depending on base salary.
Job Scope & Responsibilities – Administrative Executive
- To provide general office and administrative support to the team
- Undertake the tasks of receiving calls and taking of messages
- Handle and attend to tenants' requests and queries appropriately
- To assist the team with administrative task such as processing of Purchase Request/Order, invoice and work order management.
- To handle access card and facial recognition-related enquiries and requests.
- Assist with tracking and monitoring of building-related facilities e.g. security, car park and cleaning etc.
- Other ad-hoc events and work being assigned when needed
Requirements
- GCE "O" Level and above
- At least 3 years of working experience
- Positive attitude and willingness to render help whenever required
