Role: Oracle Database Administration Team Lead

Contract: 12 months

Location: East, SG

• Oversee the Oracle database administration team, ensuring efficient management of all database operations.
• Manage the installation, configuration, and upgrading of Oracle databases and tools. Ensure the security and integrity of databases by implementing backup and recovery solutions.
• Monitor database performance and optimize SQL queries for better efficiency. Coordinate with development teams to assist in database design and support for application development.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex database-related issues. Implement and maintain database patching, updates, and upgrades.
• Establish and enforce database standards, procedures, and best practices.
• Lead capacity planning and database scalability efforts.
• Provide mentorship and training to junior DBAs and support their development.

As a senior team lead, you will be overseeing the outreach and programme specialist team and ensure that the work is aligned with our vision and mission. You will play a key role in helming centre operations, strategic plan, business development and stakeholders

engagement. The team’s functions include project management, programme development, research and evaluation. You will also have opportunities to serve and interact with a wide range of clients to improve their mental wellbeing.

Responsibilities:

Operations

• Manage day-to-day operations, including administrativeoversight
• Develop and implement operational systems and service flows
• Ensure budget compliance, manage KPIs and financial reports
• Organize and manage events as part of our strategy inalignement with SAMH’s Vision and Mission
• Undertake supervision and performance appraisal

Business development and stakeholder engagement

• Collaborate with internal stakeholder for service delivery and excellence
• Seek and increase funding source for sustainable service development and continuity
• Foster relationships with external agencies for continual engagement

Strategy Development

• Identify and analyze future trends and historical data
• Develop a strategic plan/roadmap for SAMH Creative Services,integrating services within a wellness center
• Cascade strategic directions through team huddles, providingtimely progress reports
• Plan and review staff requirements, career progression, and
• Identify, define and implement assessment and measurement tools
