Job Title: Administrative and Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

• Administrative Support & Financial Management:
  • File documents and maintain filing systems, both physical and digital, to ensure all financial records are organized and easily retrievable. File and data archiving.
  • Perform data entry tasks to manage receivable and payable accounts and maintain financial records.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Personal Assistant and Chauffeur to provide comprehensive support to a Country Representative. This dual-role position combines the responsibilities of personal assistance with driving duties. Personal Assistant Duties:

Administrative Support:
