- Ensuring timely preparation and processing of various Maintenance reports
- Ensuring timely submission of the reports by Vendors
- Assist in coordinating the vendor engagement meetings
- Assist Executives with procurement related matters with the Company’s procurement team
- Assist P&M’s Managers in the scheduling and organising of meetings and visits to the vendors
- Assist P&M’s Managers in the preparation of reports, presentations and be briefs
- Develop and carry out an efficient documentation and filling system
Qualifications and Experience
- Degree or Diploma qualification in any discipline
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roleProficient in MS office
- Knowledge on inventory management, contract management, procurement, enterprise resource system and SAP software is a plus
- Analytical and able to resolve administrative issues
- Good writing and communication skills
- Able to multi-task in a fast pace working environment
