Our client manufactures premium tool steels and provides solutions for the automotive industry is looking for suitable candidates to join their growing business as Admin Assistant (Manufacturing).
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Attend to phone call, general enquiries and relaying incoming calls to the appropriate departments or personnel, taking messages
- Attend to visitors or clients of the company
- Liaise and monitor service contractor’s attendance e.g. air-con, gardener, pest control etc
- Handling of incoming and outgoing mails i.e.
- Collection of mail from mailbox
- Franking of postage on outgoing letters
- Courier service arrangement
- Recording of incoming cheques
- Filing of delivery orders & customer’s purchase orders
- Processing of quotations, sales, and delivery orders
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep the order of meeting room, reception area and the compound surrounding the building
- Issuance of PR & PO for the purchase of consumable items
- Provide admin support and other ad-hoc duties assigned
REQUIREMENTS:
- GCE ‘O’ Levels
- 1 year of experience in administrative work
- Basic phone handling techniques
- Good communication skills
- Customer service oriented
OTHER INFORMATION:
- Location: West
- Working hours: Monday – Friday, Office Hours (7:45am to 5:15pm)
- Salary: Up till S$2,650 (Salary will commensurate according to experience & qualifications).
