Accounts cum admin duties ( Prefer experience in Construction & Interior renovation related field )

Admin duties

General admin duties ,Filing , Co ordination site and office ,Gneral Admin duties .Sales quote , following up on project.

Accounts Duties

* Perform bookkeeping transactions for Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL); handle partial or full sets of accounts.

* Assist in preparing management accounts and director statements for year-end filing.

* Prepare and file quarterly GST returns.

* Assist in tax computations and file Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI) and Form C/CS for company income tax.

•Preparation of GST submission

* Assist with other statutory filings, e.g., ACRA.

* Perform invoicing within the accounting system.

* Set up payments via internet banking.

* Prepare payroll reports.

* Physically file and e-file documents.

* Perform any other duties as required.

Requirements

* Minimum qualification: LCCI/Diploma in Accounting or equivalent.

* Proficiency in accounting principles such as bookkeeping, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.

* At least 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

* Required Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word & Excel).

* Strong sense of responsibility, maturity, self-initiative, proactivity, attention to detail, good interpersonal skills, meticulousness, and ability to work independently.

* Bilingual proficiency in both English and Mandarin

• Manage and organize import and export documentation.
• Monitor stock levels and inventory movement.
• Perform other related tasks as needed.
