About the Team

Nuverse is a gaming business unit in ByteDance. The Game Technology team is playing a significant role in the whole life cycle of the game. Job Description:

1. Be familiar with the improvement of models and strategies in various stages such as recall, coarse ranking, fine ranking, and mixed ranking in recommendation to optimize the customer experience.

2. Use the most advanced means in the industry to continuously optimize the deep conversion model and extremely improve the prediction accuracy of LTV, payment rate, and retention rate.
