One of our Senior Management is looking to recruit a Family / Personal driver. Duties include but are not limited to;

1. Drive and transport family members (including young kids) to their respective activities.
2. Run errands and take care of the family's needs, with priority on child-caring responsibilities.
3. Clean all vehicles on a regular basis and ensure their upkeep, including cash cards, petrol, etc.
4. Ensure that the vehicles are well maintained and meet all safety requirements; ensure safe driving at all times.
5. Perform any other duties as required, such as dispatch, coordinating family events, etc.

Requirements:

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience, and have driven family members, including younger kids
• Previous experience in handling younger kids is a must
• Possess a valid class 3 driving license.
• Good driving record, and health conditions.
• Good work ethic - Patient, Honest, Responsible, and Punctual.
• Flexible in work hours as activation might be required.

Working Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays - 8.30am – 6.00pm (may be adjusted on a needs basis, to be mutually agreed by both sides).
• Overtime claim is applicable.
• The residential location is around Alexandra road. Not allowed to drive home the vehicle.

Handling emails, phone calls, and messages on behalf of the individual, filtering important information, and responding when necessary

Organizing documents, preparing reports, taking minutes during meetings, and managing files

Running errands such as shopping, paying bills, or handling personal requests

• At least 10 years of driving experience, with a preference for those who have served as a personal driver for executives or families.
• Familiarity with Singapore's roads and traffic regulations, with the ability to adapt to various road conditions.
• Basic knowledge of car maintenance, capable of identifying and resolving minor vehicle issues.
• A calm demeanour with strong time management and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate in basic English
• Able to work 8-10 hours per day and 5 days in a week

• Minimally 1-2 years of experience as a Personal Assistant to a senior executive.

• An individual who is meticulous, upholds confidentiality is discrete.
