• Serving retail clients and providing expert advice on the wide range of banking products offered by the bank.
• Proactively engaging clients through various touchpoints such as branch banking, tele-appointments, and outreach programs.
• Leveraging your sound financial knowledge to offer holistic financial advice and identify suitable banking solutions that help clients achieve their financial goals.

• Handle Premium Notice and Renewals
• Ensure Client's Premium Paid and Policies Renewed
• Follow up on Claim with Insurer and Hospital, Clinic Client Servicing
• Handle Insurance, Investment Submission Related Paperwork
• Prepare Investment, Insurance Docs for Client Review
• Update client’s Customer Knowledge Assessment via insurer portal
• Take Calls and assist client on queries by checking with Superior or Account Manager of Insurer
• Update Monthly Expenses and mail documents
• Assist with ad-hoc duties assigned

• Diploma/Degree in any relevant fields
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
