Admin Clerk
Working Area: Bedok North.
Stay Near East Area (Bedok, Tampines & Simei).
Singaporean & PR only.
5.5 days a week with alternate Saturday (may need to come back on Saturday half day, chances is low).
8am – 5pm (Monday – Friday exclude public holiday).
Salary S$2,000.00
Job scope:-
To perform ordering inventory, data entry, general office duties, updating, material checking, job schedules & documentation filing etc,
To provide operational support such as answering phone call, whatsApp, email, checking/prepare job schedule.
To monitor regular update inventory, administrative support, office admin duties or other ad-hoc duties as and when required by Management.
Requirement:-
PC proficient and well-versed in MS office applications.
Proficient in speaking and writing in English and simple Chinese.
Responsible, meticulous, efficient and able to work independently.
