Job Scope:

MOD will be in-charge of overseeing and managing day-to-day operations of the OCBC

Aquatic Centre (AQC) and to ensure that operations are running smoothly. They are

required on weekdays evening and weekends operations. MODs will also be activated to

support event operations as and when needed.

Working Hours (2 to 3 days per week):

Shift hours are subjected to change depending on any events taking place at the venue.

Morning

Mon - Fri: 6:45-16:15

Weekend/PH:6:45-14:30

Afternoon

Mon - Fri: 17:30-22:30

Weekend/PH: 14:30-22:30

Salary:

S$14 /hour for weekdays

S$16 /hour for weekends

Job Description ：

Lead admin and customer service teams to give strong support to sales department.

Some operation works relate to office operations

Some HR works like recruitment, application, cancellation, and renewal of Work Passes such as WP, SP & EP,

Onboarding and Offboarding etc.

Coordinate with system supplier and government grant application.

What will you do:-

• Handle full/partial sets company account, maintain a documented system of accounting policies and procedures.
• Monthly account closing and management reporting
• Actively involved in the new ERP system
• Keep track of inventory inflow and outflow
• Provide administrative support to Sales & Service Department
• Assist HR in Updating & maintaining employee benefits, employment status & similar records
• Handle general office administrative matters or any other ad-hoc duties assigned

What it requires:-

• At least 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge and proficiency in accounting technology software and databases and other business intelligence software
• Bilingual in English and Chinese as required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking customer and colleagues
• Strong time management and prioritization skills
• Excellent communication
• hardworking and genuine personality

Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for general office administration & purchasing
• Ensure office equipment maintenance and control
• Ensure the arrangement of facilities after award of project in preparation for project start up
• Purchasing processing, ensuring purchase is followed up
• Ensure the maintenance of Approved Subcontractor/Supplier List
• Participate in management review of system
• Initiate action to prevent non-conformance relating to internal process and systems
• Record maintenance
• Recommend improvement measures to the superior
• Assist the MR in internal and external communication

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Business Administration related qualifications.
• At least 5 years relevant working experience.
• Good communication skills
• An analytical mind with problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
• A team player with leadership skills
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.
• Understanding of consumer behaviors and industry trends.
