Oversee all product development & digital journey of PLines and Motor Products.
This will encompass:
1) Systems and online presence:
- Liaise with IT for PLines and Motor products system enhancement and online capabilities.
- Periodically liaise with IT to introduce product campaign and promotions.
- Liaise with IT when intermediaries have system complains and feedback.
- Work with IT to ensure smooth online purchase cycle.
2) PLines and Motor product development and management:
- This role is responsible to keep these products up to date and competitive in the GI market space.
- Competitive analysis and review on our PLines & Motor products to be done periodically to stay up-to-date and competitive if we want to gain market share.
- Strategically introduce product campaigns and promotions.
3) PLines and Motor Product Update and Training:
- Arrange and provide training and updates.
- Liaise with intermediaries to obtain ‘air-time / training’ to promote PLines and Motor products
