- Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3,500 + Performance Bonus
- Duration: Permanent

Main Responsibilities:
- Monthly processing of payroll (50 Headcount) and payroll reports using Xero system
- Perform general admin duties, including answering phones, responding to emails, processing mail, filing,
- Support day to day admin duties (filing, data-entry, scanning of documents)
- Processing requisitions and raising Purchase Orders
- Liaise with suppliers, and internally on purchase items and deliveries, check suppliers invoice to
- ensure all items are invoiced accurately
- Sourcing for new suppliers and vendors if required
- Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
Requirements:
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin speaking associates
- Minimum 'O' Level and 2 years of relevant working experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
