Requirements:
Recognised Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering. 3 To 5 years' relevant experience in buildings and underground structures.
Working experience in the infrastructure sector. Must be fully conversant with BCA regulations;
able to maintain systematically site records, contracts, documents and meet BCA reporting requirements.
Fully conversant with Eurocode and appropriate Singapore Standards.
Able to design concrete, steel and composite structures.
Committed, meticulous, punctual and a good team player.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision
Familiar with design software eg. Staad pro, SAP, Robot, Tedds, PROKON, MIDAS Civil etc.
Responsibilities:
Project coordination and carry out analysis and design of civil, structural works.
Design of reinforced concrete and structural steel building structures.
Design of composite structures
Design of structural steel connections
Design of drains and sumps, underground and above ground concrete tanks
Review of CBP and concrete and structural steel works shop drawings
Quick reply of design changes with calculations and drawings
Preparation of documents, design reports, making submissions to appropriate authorities and attending project meetings.
