Job Title: Operation Admin Assistant (Quality) (ID8218)
Location: Ang Mo Kio, Singapore
Working Hours: Mon-Fri: 9AM-6PM
Salary: $2200 - $2500

Job Description:
• Assist to internal works and process on non-conformances for ISO and GMP
• Assist and liaise with all departments for any ISO and GMP documentation
• Coordinate with relevant departments on any change of documents, corrective and preventive action and to ensure all documents follow the requirement
• Liaise with consultant on ISO process, documents and requirement matters
• Source quotation for any purchase of equipment or works for ISO and GMP requirement
• Assist on other functions such as filling, typing, printing and destruction management, quality support and overall productivity with organization
• Any other ad hoc duties assigned

Requirement:
· Candidate should possess minimum Diploma qualification in Administravtive/Business/Management
• Minimum 2-3 years of working experience
• Well organized, meticulous, good team player and detailed
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Microsoft Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
• Effective at prioritize, organizing and meeting task deadlines
• Must be meticulous and able to work independently with minimum supervise
• Keen to learn and possess positive attitude
• Knowledge or supporting on GMP and ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 will be advantage

Responsibilities:

• Picture taking of non-conformance part for Transit and Non-Transit audit for Asia manufacturing facilities and internal qualifications.
• Prepare and publish Transit and Non-Transit audit report for Asia manufacturing facilities.
• Prepare and publish internal qualification report.
• Collect and compile data as and when requested by QC department.
• Ensure quality record at QC/QA are properly filed, stored, identified and disposed per documented procedure.
• Assist in the process, distribute, upkeep and maintain quality management system documentation at Document Control Centre (DCC), if required.
• Perform data entry for incoming inspection records.
• Control and upkeep stationery for QA department.
• Observe safety and housekeeping at work area.

Requirement :

• Diploma Holder / NTC 2 or NTC 3
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Working in manufacturing environment will be preferred
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• 5 days work week (8.15am to 5.15pm)
• Transport pick-up at Bedok MRT station
