Contract Period: From 1 April 2024 to 31 March 2025 with an option to extend the Contract for a further period of 12 months
Working hours:
· Mondays to Thursdays: 6:45am to 4:15pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break
· Fridays: 6:45am to 3:45pm, inclusive of 60 mins lunch break
· Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
Scope of Services:
- Manning the office counter and answering enquiries
- Calling absentees’ parents to find out reasons for absence
- Perform simple clerical duties including printing, checking and sorting out FAS and bursary applications, and informing parents of outcome/collection of approval letters
- Printing and arranging of timetable
- Sorting out hardcopy mails to respective owners
- Updating staff absence in the General Office
- Any other administrative duties as assigned by the school’s management staff
Qualification, Skill & Experience:
· Min O level or experience in office/reception duties
· Experience in working with schools will be advantageous
