Responsibilities
- To assist in the preparation of costing and quotation on after sales services.
- To coordinate with customers relating to after sales services and repairs.
- To prepare invoices for after sales services.
- Will be required to assist in any other administrative works when required
- Provides administrative support for Director
- Handles personal tasks for the Director
- Handles travel arrangements for Director
- Handles all reservations
- Attend all meetings with director including social activities and overseas trips
- To keep proper filling and documentation of records/ account
- Any other duties as assigned from time to time
Requirements
- Relevant industry knowledge will be an advantage
- Able to work in a team
- Able to work in a tight schedule
- Strictly adhere to Director instruction
