As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative operations of our agency, ensuring smooth workflow, and providing exceptional customer service to both our clients and our domestic helpers. You will also act as our official translator for Indonesian maids. Responsibilities:

3. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client and domestic helper information using our agency's database system.

10. Act as translator for Indonesian maids if they have difficulties in communication with their Employers

Qualifications:

1. Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
2. Proven experience in administrative management, preferably in the maid agency industry or a related field.
3. Familiarity with Singapore's regulations and processes related to domestic helpers' employment and work permits.
4. Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team effectively.
5. Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
6. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to interact with clients, domestic helpers, and government agencies.
7. Proficient in using office software, including Microsoft Office Suite and database systems.
