- Provide administrative support to the Regulatory Affairs Department.
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training activities.
- Assist with travel arrangements and correspondence.
- Maintain departmental files, records, and office supplies.
- Handle purchase requisitions, payments, and monthly expense reports.
- Support staff onboarding and administrative tasks.
- Assist with budget preparation and regulatory support activities.
Requirement
- Min. Diploma in Lifescience / business management
- Has pior experience in an administrative role
- Experience in pharmaceutical or regulatory affairs is a plus.
- Meticulous and proficient in data tracking and consolidation with Microsoft Excel.
