Requirement

• Min. Diploma in Lifescience / business management
• Has pior experience in an administrative role
• Experience in pharmaceutical or regulatory affairs is a plus.
• Meticulous and proficient in data tracking and consolidation with Microsoft Excel.

[What you will be working on]

Responsibilities:-

• Coordinate learning journey with external organizations as well as internal staff to support the learning journey, providing pre-learning journey information, setting up the venue, seeking approval and arrangement of refreshments and monitoring the number of attendees etc.
• Handle administrative support tasks such as filing, document organization, and data entry.
• Oversee admin/logistic matters related to interns such as arrange interviews, presentations and collate timesheets for payment processing.
• Manage office space and ensure space is managed well for use by staff and students.

• Create purchase order, compile all the quotation, delivery order, service report and invoices. Perform good receipt and submit month end accrual. Compile work order status and completion and outstanding. Attend to phone call, liase with contractor, HOD and end user in related to FM Department.
• Perform any other administrative duty as required by Senior Manager
• Responsible for the projects and addition & alteration works of hospital, medical centre and other associated business unit as instructed by the managementTrack preventive maintenance works and service contracts for the department and support the car park operations
• To assist in projects and addiction & alteration works as assigned by Head of Department or reporting Supervisor
• Facilitate and manage assigned projects within given deadline & budget
• Independent and resourceful. Good problem solving & analytical skills
• Able to work well with people from across different departments and levels
• Support the car park operations
• Assist in any other duties assigned
