About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Personal Assistant to be the right hand and confidant of a Global Executive Director managing multiple businesses. This is a unique opportunity for someone eager to learn and gain firsthand experience in what it takes to build a business from the ground up. The role offers flexible working hours, including occasional weekend work, to accommodate the executive's schedule.
Location:
Mostly Remote (Part-Time, Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary support and confidant to the Executive Director, managing and arranging his calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing appointments.
- Coordinate travel logistics, including booking flights and accommodations.
- Draft, edit, and phrase emails and other communications on behalf of the Executive Director.
- Occasionally represent the Executive Director at meetings when he is unavailable.
- Collaborate with various teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Brainstorm and assist the Executive Director in developing ideas and strategies.
- Perform research tasks to support decision-making and business initiatives.
- Execute additional administrative tasks as needed while proactively identifying areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in verbal and written English.
- Fluency in Mandarin is a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Patience and the ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
- Self-starter who takes initiative and thinks outside the box.
- Driven, with a positive energy that inspires those around you.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including occasional weekends.
- Interest in brainstorming and collaborating on strategic initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business) is a plus.
- Strong research skills and the ability to synthesize information.
