Job Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Project Manager and Senior Site Admin.
• Attend and handle request and feedback from the public.
• Maintain documentation record of all requests or complaints from residents.
• Attend to walk-in owners to answer any general query.
• Arrange for inspection and appointments.
• Update of weekly report.
• Tabulate monthly report for submission to HDB.
• Perform administrative duties and maintain project files.

Requirements

• Candidates must possess at least GCE O Level.
• At least 2 years of working experience in related field is required for this position.

• Designing and developing: Designing, developing, installing, managing, and maintaining equipment for monitoring and controlling engineering systems
• Ensuring safety: Ensuring that systems and processes operate effectively, efficiently, and safely
• Collaborating: Working closely with colleagues across several functions, including operations, purchasing, and design
• Preparing documents: Preparing and maintaining engineering project schedules, documenting and controlling engineering deliverables, and writing reports and documentation
• Analyzing data: Analyzing and interpreting data
• Providing technical support: Providing technical support

Our client is in construction industry (Grade A1 Contractor), and they are currently seeking for Admin Assistant to be part of the team.

JOB DIMENSION (SCOPE)

• Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office.
• Carries out administrative duties such as data entry, documentation, filing, typing, copying, binding, scanning etc.
• Compile and prepare reports on monthly basis
• Ensures operation of equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements, calling for repairs, maintaining equipment inventories.
• Maintains supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipating needed supplies, placing and expediting orders for supplies.
• Validation of invoices prior to payments.
• Attached to and assisting Document Controllers for daily administrative tasks and duties
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

REQUIREMENT

• Professional Certificate / Diploma in any field or equivalent
• Proficient in MS Office especially MS Excel, Word
• Open and able to work at construction project site office
